Abstract

Building Scalable ERP Platforms for Automotive and Technology Manufacturing Supply Chains

Objectives:
1. To design an integrated ERP ecosystem that streamlines procurement, production, inventory,
logistics, finance, and supplier management across automotive and technology manufacturing
environments.
2. To enhance supply chain visibility and real-time decision-making through centralized data
management, analytics dashboards, and intelligent workflow automation.
3. To develop scalable and flexible ERP architectures capable of supporting multi-plant
operations, global suppliers, high-volume manufacturing, and rapidly changing market
demands.
4. To improve operational efficiency and reduce production delays by enabling predictive
planning, automated resource allocation, quality monitoring, and demand forecasting.
5. To incorporate emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, cloud computing, and Industry 4.0
practices into ERP platforms for smarter, connected, and future-ready manufacturing supply
chains.
