Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is reshaping the landscape of education, and its integration into communication laboratories has introduced a new era of experiential and adaptive learning. Communication labs, once limited to language drills and instructor-led assessments, are now evolving into dynamic environments driven by machine learning, speech recognition, and natural language processing. These technologies provide personalized feedback, immersive simulations, and real-time evaluation of communication competencies, enhancing both learning outcomes and confidence among students. This paper explores the role of AI in transforming language labs into intelligent learning ecosystems. It discusses the technological foundations, educational applications, pedagogical benefits, ethical challenges, and future directions ofAI-driven communication education. The aim is to understand how AI can be effectively leveraged to cultivate articulate, confident, and digitally fluent communicators for the modern world.
